    I’ve suffered from a panic disorder for about 5 yrs to the point where even if I had to drive 5 minutes away to a place that I’ve been a million times I would start to freak out and panic. When I got pregnant with my son in 2010 throughout my entire pregnancy it was like I’ve never had anxiety in my entire life until about 3 months after I had my son all the sudden I was driving and had a huge panic attack. After I got pregnant with my daughter last year I had horrible anxiety. Even in the delivery room after I received my epidural it made it worse so I had to have them turn off the machine to quit pumping the epidural which made the whole process not fun at all (not that it is initially) after having my daughter earlier this year my anxiety has gotten a little better. I think it might just be hormonal. My advice is relax and don’t stress about the small stuff. Just think about all the beautiful moments you’re going to get to experience with your new bundle of joy!     I got worse anxiety with my pregnancys – I hadn’t been diagnosed then. I have generalized anxiety disorder. I got morning sickness with all my pregnancys really bad and when I was really anxious I was sick a lot more. Find away to try reduce your anxiety and stress, hope you feel better soon 🙂 http://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/resources/consumers.cfm
