Mary, I understand your fears and anxities. I am on 02 24/7. I only have 10% lung function left. I have so so many helpful tips for you to help you manage your life and live a bit more comfortably , day by day. Here is a website , on the COPD Foundation page, which could give you some advice how to do your baths ..http://www.copd-international.com/Library/living-series-grooming.htm.
I am on FB..do you have a FB account ? I am a group member of a wonderful support group for COPD..we would love to welcome you there..tons of support and help. You can also email me at Sunniesback2@aol.com..but I dont get to email often. My FB name is Sandra Ritz Connery..I am looking forward to trying to help you get through this a little bit easier..hang in there..

What Medication (s) Are you on that don’t help!!! Maybe you need to find the right one with the help of your therapist/psychologist….. Just a thought!!

Tina..what meds are you on for your anxiety ? What else are you doing besides taking meds for your anxiety attacks ? I developed Generalized anxiety disorder when I was only 10. I am now 64 and chronically ill. .which contributes to my anxiety. I am on meds too..I would like to talk more but hoping you can answer those questions..that way I have a platform to work from. I am not a doctor..I am a woman who has suffered with this disorder for many years..its just nice to know, before I go opening my yap where you are in your treatment for anxiety. Looking forward to talking with you more. Sandie
