The Bristol-Myers Squibb Patient Assistance Foundation, Inc., is a non-profit organization. The Foundation was created to assist patients who need temporary help paying for their Bristol-Myers Squibb prescription medications. To receive this temporary help, a patient must be having trouble making ends meet financially. In addition, the patient:
- Must not have private insurance that pays for prescription medications. If you are enrolled in Medicare Part D, call the Bristol-Myers Squibb Patient Assistance Foundation, Inc. for more information. The number is 1-800-736-0003.
- Must not be enrolled in a Medicaid prescription medication coverage plan
- Must not be enrolled in a prescription medication coverage plan through any other federal, state, or local health care program.
The Bristol-Myers Squibb Patient Assistance Foundation, Inc. provides free Bristol-Myers Squibb prescription medications to eligible patients in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
